Before the noise of the holidays gets too loud and distracting, I totally recommend you download this upbeat, Motown-flavored tune that will remind you that this Thanksgiving, the sentiment is all about Gratitude. Sung by funky favorites of mine, Mista Cookie Jar and the Chocolate Chips (which includes his daughter Ava Flava on the mic), Gratitude is all about being thankful for what we have right now -- and not what we might get next month. With a sound that reminds me of the joy and danceability of early Jackson Five songs, I also love the lyrics which include being thankful for the big and small things, like sunshine and clean socks.
