"I am just starting to try the Sleep Cycle App because my daughter loves it and insists I have to use it. It tracks everything about your sleep cycle and judges your REM cycle so it can wake you up slowly just at the end of your REM cycle so that you won't be groggy and tired. I just love the idea of having more control about my sleep time.
