Hot new Monster headphones direct from CES
If you follow the tech industry, you've probably heard (and seen a gazillion tweets) about the Consumer Electronics Show which is going on right now in Vegas. It's the largest consumer electronics show in the world and has literally thousands of products on exhibit and hundreds of thousands of people going ga-ga over them.
While I wasn't able to attend CES this year, our very own Beth Blecherman is there reporting on hot finds. First up: these very new, very hip headphones from Monster Cable that moms might be particularly interested in.

The Ncredible N-ERGY earbuds (above) are designed for maximum quality and maximum distortion-free sound. But what you'll love are the magnetized rings on the headphones that cleverly keep them locked around a neck when not in use. Which means your kids will never be able to use the "I lost them" excuse. And yes, they were designed by Nick Cannon. ($69.95)

If your resident music lover prefers over-ear headphones to ear buds, N-TUNE headphones are a new alternative. With the same sound quality, these lightweight headphones will also provide terrific sound quality for a hefty price. Maybe a Father's Day gift? Warning though: there's no volume-limiting feature on these headphones if you have them in mind for a teen.  ($149.95)

Finally, oh say, you're starring on a Bravo reality show about housewives and you have an autotune-enhanced hit to record, you'll want a pair of headphones that make a statement. A very blingy statement. These Diamond Tears headphones let you listen to music at its best, and will make others think you're a rock star. Or at least a hip hop producer. ($279.95) -Jeana
